Elle repose sur des valeurs et attitudes de vie positives comme le respect, la tol\u00e9rance et la bienveillance.<\/p>\n<p>Elle offre des outils pratiques et efficaces permettant de g\u00e9rer son monde int\u00e9rieur, ses \u00e9motions, ses pens\u00e9es mais aussi ses attitudes physiques.<\/p>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper l&rsquo;attention et la concentration de l&rsquo;enfant, g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrices de calme, pour permettre un meilleur contr\u00f4le de soi: En cela, elle contribue \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9dification d&rsquo;une \u00e9ducation \u00e0 la non-violence. L&rsquo;individu sachant cultiver le calme, le bien-\u00eatre est en capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper toutes ses potentialit\u00e9s et sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode 3C pour Adultes (inspir\u00e9e de la ME3C \u00e0 laquelle elle emprunte notamment ses valeurs de respect et de bienveillance et le type d&rsquo;exercices) est ax\u00e9es sur le d\u00e9veloppement personnel et propose un programme sur neuf mois avec un th\u00e8me \/mois:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Retour \u00e0 soi\/Calme<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">D\u00e9tente physique\/L\u00e2cher prise<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Amour\/Joie<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Concentration\/Maitrise de soi<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Equilibre\/Force<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Confiance en soi\/Estime de soi<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Structure\/Volont\u00e9<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Relation aux autres\/Partage<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Evolution positive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans les s\u00e9ances, on trouve des exercices de concentration, d&rsquo;attention et d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre, des exercices de retour au calme, de recentrage, de relaxation, de m\u00e9moire, de rythme, des pratiques physiques de contr\u00f4le et de maitrise du corps ainsi que des exercices respiratoires.
